|Recommended: YesThis Is Very Easy To Read Keep Up The Good Work. — This is the easiest website I have ever seen and I am very impressed with it and all the work that not only you in the office do but the maintenaince people on the grounds and the apartments
|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — New Legacy is a nice and safe place to live. Kept clean and neat for the most part with the exception of the lawn mowers. They don’t do the best job, and a couple loud neighbors, but that’s to be expected. All and all, I am happy with my apartment complex and staff.
|Recommended: YesParking Can Be An Issue — Although I have only been here for about a month, I am so happy to have made New Legacy my home.
My only issue is the parking... it really can be challenging to find a spot when you come home at night.
|Recommended: YesDirty — please clean the entrances There are spiders on the walls in the corridors, the walls are dirty. Very dirty The cleaning lady does not clean at all
|Recommended: YesSurvey — My only negative comment is The cleanliness of the buildings has drastically gotten worse over the years with filthy laundry areas, the carpets are stained throughout and torn up in many spots which is disappointing as the rates continue to increase.
|Recommended: NoNew Legacy — Since Jackie left things have gone downhill. Barely anyone in office. Rarely receive a return call when a message is left. Have asked several times to have the front of bldg 1 weeded. This new portal is more difficult and residents have to pay a fee to use it. The fee should not be the residents responsibility
